Research Interests

My research interests centre around macro-finance, theoretical and empirical asset pricing and general equilibrium, with current work focusing on topics such as the implications of market structure on asset returns and the impact of belief disagreement and default on the macroeconomy.

Biography    

Fanis joined 鶹 as a Fellow and Lecturer in 2023. He is currently an assistant teaching professor in Economics, with prior qualifications in Finance (DPhil and MFin) and Mathematics (Part III) from Oxford, MIT and Cambridge, respectively. His academic interests lie at the intersection of finance and macroeconomics. He also enjoys teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses related to those areas. Furthermore, he acts as personal tutor for undergraduate students.
