70th Anniversary Alumnae Ball

Please join us for a very special Alumnae Weekend celebration this year, as we mark the 70th anniversary of the founding of our College.

We have quite an evening in store for you.

The event will kick off with an 'In Conversation' with three eminent alumnae – all New Hall friends from the Class of 1988 and 1989 – Sue Perkins, Sarah Phelps and Nicola Walker.

This will be followed by an exclusive piano concert with world-famous Joanna MacGregor OBE (New Hall 1978).

For the second half of the evening we will host a drinks reception and 70th anniversary gala dinner, complete with a special 70th anniversary quiz during the dessert course. After dinner there will be plenty of time for dancing, with a live jazz band and DJ to round off the night.

Tickets
Tickets for the talks and concert are free of charge, but limited to 140 spaces due to the capacity of the lecture theatre. The talks will be filmed. Tickets for the dinner and ball are £75 and we have larger capacity for this part of the evening. We are also offering a reduced £60 alcohol-free ticket option. We expect tickets to sell fast so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Accommodation
We do have some accommodation available in College for the Friday and Saturday nights (27 & 28 September). These rooms will be in Buckingham House and Pearl House. Please and on the booking form use the code ALUMWEEKEND to view the available dates. These will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Parking
Parking will be available in our Storeys Way car park all day.
